Ordering Information
Placing an Order:
To order any items, browse through the website and click on any of the thumbnails or product title to view the full page of the product and description. To purchase an item - just simply click on the "Add to Cart" button. If there are additional options for your item - please be sure to select the option you wish to proceed with. To view what items you have in your cart, you can click on "Cart Contents" at anytime. When you are finished shopping and would like to pay - please click on "Checkout" and this will initiate the checkout procedure.
Upon checkout, you will be asked to either login to your account - or, to create a new account if you do not already have one. Creating a new account is quite easy and only takes a few moments!
How do I know if my order was received?
Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. The email will contain the details of your order and a link to track your order. You can also log in to your account at Puchi Maiko to track your orders.
How do I know when my order has shipped?
You will receive a delivery email on the date your order was shipped. PuchiMaiko ships by USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Conformation and you can expect to receive your items 2-3 days from shipping date. If your shipping address is international, please expect around 7-10 days or longer depending on delivery method.
Why was my order cancelled?
If you received a cancellation email for your order, it was because we did not receive payment. Paypal order payments need to be received within 24 hours of placing order and money order payments need to be received within 7 business days or order will be cancelled. If you pay by personal cheque/check - we will return the cheque/check and cancel the order.
Payment Information
Payment Methods:
PuchiMaiko accepts all major credit cards and eChecks through Paypal. Paypal is a safe and secure way to make credit card payments on the web. Selecting Paypal as your method of payment will redirect you to their website during checkout. If you already have a Paypal account, please enter your login information at the prompt. You do not need to create a Paypal account to use Paypal. Orders paid by Paypal will be processed instantly.

We also accept payment by Money Orders. Money Orders MUST be received within 7 days of the order being placed. If Money Order is not received within 7 days - your order will be cancelled.
We DO NOT accept PERSONAL CHEQUES/CHECKS - only Money Orders. Any personal cheques/checks will be returned to sender and the order will be cancelled.
Shipping and Delivery Information
Most orders will be shipped within 4 business days of payment, but due to getting busy, please do allow up to 1-2 weeks for delivery. All orders within the USA will be shipped by USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation. All international orders will be shipped by standard air. Upon shipment - it normally takes around 2-3 days for arrival for USPS Priority Mail and 7-10 days for International Standard Air. If you need the item rushed, please make a special note and we will do our best to accommodate. Please review the below shipping chart for your shipping rates.
Important Note: some items may have an additional delivery time due to the nature of the item (Kanzashi Flowers that need fastenings attached - Geisha Prints). It will be clearly stated in the item description if there may be additional shipping time for any given product.
Returns and Exchanges
Here at PuchiMaiko - we hope that you love your items as much as we did in creating
them. We take great pains in providing detailed descriptions and measurements,
and we triple, quadruple check all our products before listing and prior to shipping
to make sure they are in tip-top shape. However, if you feel that an item was
misrepresented in the description - please
let us know.
If you feel an item was misrepresented - we do accept returns or exchanges for
STORE CREDIT ONLY within 30 days of the shipping date. Please
contact us to arrange for store credit refund or exchange within 7 days from receiving
your order.
All merchandise must be returned in the same condition as it was received. Return shipping charges are non-refundable and full responsibility of customer. There are certain items we cannot accept returns or exchanges for such as earrings.
